The study course B.Sc. Management Natural Ressources is only available in German language. The M.Sc. study course Management Natural Ressources is bilingual (English/German).

B.Sc. Natural Resources Management

There are no admission restrictions for the Bachelor's degree programme Management of Natural Resources other than those listed below. Prospective students can enrol freely on the dates set by the Admissions Office. Important is the "personal enrolment".
The programme begins in the winter semester.

Admission to the Bachelor's programme is open to students who meet the requirements set out in § 27 of the Higher Education Act of Saxony-Anhalt. Fulfilment of the admission requirement does not constitute an entitlement to a place on this degree programme.

After deducting the preliminary quotas, the responsible faculty allocates at least 60% of the study places according to the degree of qualification.

After deduction of the quotas in accordance with § 7 Para. 1 No. 2 to 5 of the Higher Education Allocation Ordinance of the State of Saxony-Anhalt (HVVO) of 24 May 2005, as amended, further study places are available as a preliminary quota for the admission of foreign nationals and stateless applicants who do not have the same status as Germans.

Students of related degree programmes can transfer to the degree programme in Natural Resources Management by taking into account their previous academic achievements.

The Board of Studies and Examinations decides on the creditability of academic achievements in other degree programmes and of students who have changed their place of study.

Prior knowledge of English to the extent of UNICERT 1 must be acquired and proven by the end of the 2nd semester at the latest.
